Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and most InstaPay-enabled channels are processed instantly and credited to your phl63 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your financial institution. Deposits are not reversible once processed — please ensure you are depositing to your own phl63 account from a payment method registered in your name.
Withdrawal Processing
phl63 targets a standard GCash and Maya withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes once approved. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

Bonus Abuse Policy

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bets structured to exploit bonus terms with low risk, coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. phl63 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and withhold funds in cases of confirmed bonus abuse.
Gameplay Rules
Random Number Generator (RNG)

Game Malfunctions

Sports Betting Rules
Bet Acceptance
All sports bets on phl63 — including bets on PBA, NBA, FIBA, boxing, and other covered events — are subject to acceptance by phl63 at the stated odds at the time of confirmation. phl63 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason. Odds Changes and Pre-Match Bets

Postponed and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event covered by phl63 is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts within 24 hours of the official announcement. If an event starts but is abandoned before an official result can be determined, phl63 will apply the relevant league's official rules regarding result standing. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided.
Live Betting
Live in-play betting at phl63 carries additional terms. Odds and markets during live events update continuously and may be suspended without notice during key moments (e.g., free throws in basketball, corner kicks in football). Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided if phl63 determines that the bet was placed with knowledge of an imminent event not yet reflected in the live odds. Maximum Winnings
phl63 may apply maximum winnings limits per event, per day, or per market type. These limits are applied to individual players rather than events and are designed to manage extreme payout exposure. Account Suspension and Termination
phl63's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
phl63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- You have created multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
- Suspicious activity has been detected on your account that may indicate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- You are or appear to be a minor (under 18 years old).
- Your continued use of phl63 would put us in breach of our regulatory obligations.
Funds in Suspended Accounts
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance in that account will be held by phl63 until the investigation is concluded. If a violation is confirmed, phl63 may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms. If no violation is found, the full balance will be returned or the account reinstated. phl63 will communicate the outcome of any suspension investigation to the affected player via their registered email address.
Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may request closure of your phl63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon your request, we will process account closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Limitation of Liability
phl63 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues at all times. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
